Aging workforce? Give them an iPad!!!

In our industry we hear so much about ‘aging workforce’ and the effect on IT projects. Frequently heard complaints from (field) workers are ‘why do we need to change, this has worked fine for the past 20 years’, ‘I barely know how to use my new phone’, ‘my grand daughter teaches me this stuff’.

Well, we are delighted to hear from our customers that crews initially very apprehensive to working with new technologies, are now ASKING to please get an iPad, after working with Atlas. It proves that a well designed app can win over even the most skeptical field crews. Crews are able to easily and comfortably access information they didn’t have access to before: Infrastructure information, Inspection Information and even live Outage information!
